Are o greutate moleculara de 130 kDa; din acest motiv este imposibila filtrarea sa prin membrana glomerulara. Excretia urinara a enzimei este relativ constanta, cu variatii diurne minime si se produce ca urmare a procesului fiziologic de exocitoza.<\/p>\n<p>In mod normal cantitatile excretate in urina sunt reduse, acestea devenind semnificative in afectiunile tubulare renale. Determinarea activitatii NAG urinare constituie astfel un test neinvaziv si un indicator sensibil de afectare renala in urmatoarele conditii clinice: tratamente cu aminoglicozide, valproat sau alte medicamente nefrotoxice, intoxicatii cu metale grele, sindrom nefrotic, diabet zaharat, inflamatii sau infectii ale tractului urinar, urolitiaza, nefrocalcinoza, reflux vezico-ureteral, hipertensiune arteriala, tubulopatii ereditare, boala Wilson, sindrom Sj\u0151gren evaluarea functiei renale dupa transplant<sup>2;4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pregatire pacient<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 nu este necesara<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Specimen recoltat <\/em><\/strong><em>-<\/em> o proba de urina spontana (preferabil prima urina de dimineata)<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recipient de recoltare <\/em><\/strong><em>-<\/em> eprubeta pentru urina<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cantitatea recoltata <\/em><\/strong><em>-<\/em> 10 mL<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prelucrare necesara dupa recoltare <\/em><\/strong><em>- <\/em>nu se adauga acizi sau conservanti<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Stabilitate proba <\/em><\/strong><em>\u2013 7 zile <\/em>la 2-8\u00baC<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Metoda <\/em><\/strong><em>- <\/em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">nefelometrica<\/span><sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Valori de referinta <\/em><\/strong><em>-<strong> \u00a0<\/strong><\/em>&lt; 6.3 U\/L; &lt;5 \u03bcg\/0.1 g creatinina<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Interpretarea rezultatelor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cresterea activitatii NAG in urina este un indicator al disfunctiilor renale aparute ca urmare a inflamatiilor, infectiilor sau actiunii nefrotoxice a unor medicamente.<\/p>\n<p>NAG este de asemenea considerat un marker aditional in diagnosticul pielonefritei si a leziunilor tubulo-interstitiale<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u0411\u0438\u0431\u043b\u0438\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0444\u0438\u044f<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1.Laborator Synevo.
