Secre\u0163ia FSH \u015fi LH este pulsatil\u0103 \u015fi este\u00a0 controlat\u0103 de eliberarea intermitent\u0103 de <em>gonadotropin releasing<\/em> <em>hormone<\/em> (GnRH) de la nivelul hipotalamusului. LH \u015fi FSH regleaz\u0103 \u015fi stimuleaz\u0103 cre\u015fterea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea gonadelor (ovare \u015fi testicule). Cei doi hormoni sunt produ\u015fi de celulele gonadotrope ale hipofizei anterioare de unde ajung\u00a0\u00een s\u00e2nge \u015fi de aici la gonade. La nivelul ovarelor gonadotropii stimuleaz\u0103 cre\u015fterea \u015fi maturarea foliculilor, formarea \u015fi evolu\u0163ia corpului galben, respectiv sinteza \u015fi secre\u0163ia estrogenilor \u015fi a progesteronului. La b\u0103rba\u0163i LH stimuleaz\u0103 activitatea celulelor testiculare Leydig, de aceea\u00a0 mai este numit hormonul stimulator al celulelor intersti\u0163iale<sup>3;7<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cel mai mare nivel de LH apare la jum\u0103tatea ciclului menstrual induc\u00e2nd ovula\u0163ia \u015fi formarea corpului galben (a c\u0103rui principal produs de secre\u0163ie este progesteronul). \u00cen celulele Leydig din testicule LH stimuleaz\u0103 produc\u0163ia de testosteron \u015fi controleaz\u0103 maturarea normal\u0103 a spermatozoizilor<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Recomand\u0103ri pentru determinarea LH<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>La b\u0103rba\u0163i<\/strong><\/span>: elucidarea disfunc\u0163iilor axului hipotalamo-hipofizo-gonadal (\u00een principal pentru diagnosticul diferen\u0163ial \u00eentre insuficien\u0163a testicular\u0103 primar\u0103 \u015fi deficitul de stimulare testicular\u0103), secre\u0163ie ectopic\u0103 de LH de c\u0103tre un neoplasm<sup>7<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>La femei<\/strong><\/span>: elucidarea disfunc\u0163iilor axului hipotalamo-hipofizo-gonadal (\u00een principal pentru diagnosticul diferen\u0163ial \u00eentre insuficien\u0163a ovarian\u0103 primar\u0103 \u015fi deficitul de stimulare ovarian\u0103), boala ovarian\u0103 polichistic\u0103 (sindrom Stein-Leventhal), clarificarea cauzelor de amenoree, boli congenitale cu abera\u0163ii cromozomiale (ex. sindromul Turner), diagnosticul \u015fi tratamentul infertilit\u0103\u0163ii, secre\u0163ie ectopic\u0103 de LH de c\u0103tre un neoplasm, sindrom menopauzal<sup>2;4;5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Preg\u0103tire pacient <\/em><\/strong><em>- <\/em>\u00e0 jeun (pe nem\u00e2ncate). S-a sugerat amestecul \u00een p\u0103r\u0163i egale de seruri ob\u0163inute dup\u0103 recolt\u0103ri\u00a0 la 15-30 minute interval, pentru a reduce efectul secre\u0163iei pulsatile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Medicamente<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Cre\u015fteri<\/strong><\/span>: acid valproic, bromocriptina, clomifen, hidrocortizon, naloxon, spironolactona<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Sc\u0103deri<\/strong><\/span>: digoxin, analogi ai GnRH (<em>gonadotropin releasing hormone<\/em>) \u00een administrare continu\u0103, megestrol, (suprim\u0103 v\u00e2rful produc\u0163iei de LH),\u00a0 noretindrona, contraceptive orale, fenitoin, fenotiazine, pravastatin, progesteron (suprim\u0103 v\u00e2rful produc\u0163iei de LH), stanozolol<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Efecte variabile<\/strong><\/span>: estrogeni (dietilstilbestrol, etinilestradiol, mestranol), cu efecte variabile\u00a0\u00een func\u0163ie de doza \u015fi de durata administr\u0103rii (dozele mari produc sc\u0103deri ale LH; dozele mici produc cre\u015fteri ale LH; efectele dureaz\u0103 numai c\u00e2teva zile), ketoconazol, finasterid, tamoxifen, acid valproic<sup>1;6<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Interferen\u0163e analitice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pot produce interferen\u0163e cu unele componente ale kit-ului \u015fi conduce la rezultate neconcludente urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u2013 tratamentul cu biotin\u0103 \u00een doze mari (&gt;5 mg\/zi); de aceea se recomand\u0103 ca recoltarea de s\u00e2nge s\u0103 se fac\u0103 dup\u0103 minimum 8 ore de la ultima administrare;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">\u2013 titrurile foarte crescute de anticorpi anti-streptavidina \u015fi anti-ruteniu<sup>6<\/sup>.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u0411\u0438\u0431\u043b\u0438\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0444\u0438\u044f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1.
