Exist\u0103 unele dovezi c\u0103 ar fi implicat \u00een absorb\u0163ia fierului, calciului \u015fi zincului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nichelul este prezent \u00een minereuri sub trei forme principale: sulfid, silicat \u015fi arsenid<sup>2<\/sup>. Are numeroase aplica\u0163ii industriale: component al multor aliaje, placarea metalelor, producerea dispozitivelor electrice \u015fi electronice<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Expunerea la nichel se produce cel mai frecvent \u00een mediul industrial, fie prin inhalarea prafului de nichel, fie prin contact dermic. Inhalarea acut\u0103 determin\u0103 febr\u0103 \u015fi irita\u0163ia tractului respirator. Contactul dermic poate genera dermatita alergic\u0103 de contact.
