{"id":9251,"date":"2020-04-23T03:32:40","date_gmt":"2020-04-23T00:32:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.synevo.ro\/product\/helicobacter-pylori-anticorpi-igg\/"},"modified":"2026-02-19T00:03:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T22:03:06","slug":"helicobacter-pylori-anticorpi-igg","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/old.synevo.md\/ru\/shop\/helicobacter-pylori-anticorpi-igg\/","title":{"rendered":"Helicobacter pylori \u2013 \u0430\u043d\u0442\u0438\u0442\u0435\u043b\u0430 IgG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Informatii generale si recomandari<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Helicobacter pylori este o bacterie Gram negativ, spiralata, flagelata, care se localizeaza in criptele mucoasei gastrice.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Infectia cu Helicobacter pylori este o cauza majora de gastrita cronica si ulcer peptic; de asemenea studiile epidemiologice efectuate in ultimii ani au confirmat asocierea infectiei persistente cu un risc crescut de aparitie a cancerului gastric.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In plus, aceasta bacterie este responsabila pentru majoritatea cazurilor de limfoame de tip MALT (forme de neoplazii hematologice, caracterizate prin proliferarea celulelor din tesutul limfoid asociat mucoasei digestive)<sup>2;5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Epidemiologia infectiei cu H. pylori se caracterizeaza printr-o crestera lineara odata cu inaintarea in varsta in tarile occidentale, in schimb in celelalte tari europene, printre care si Romania, s-a constat ca infectia este destul de raspandita si in randul persoanelor foarte tinere (copii si adolescenti).<\/p>\n<p>Principalul rezervor de infectie sunt indivizii H. pylori pozitivi, iar contactul interuman intrafamilial reprezinta cea mai importanta cale de transmitere, in principal in prima copilarie.<\/p>\n<p>In tarile in curs de dezvoltare pot interveni si alte cai de transmitere, de exemplu prin intermediul apei<sup>1;2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Infectia evolueaza in multe cazuri asimptomatic. Atunci cand se insoteste de manifestari clinice pacientii prezinta in mod obisnuit o simptomatologie de tip dispeptic cu: disconfort abdominal, dureri abdominale, greata, arsuri, regurgitatii, senzatie de plenitudine dupa mese<sup>1;3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Depistarea anticorpilor H. pylori IgG reprezinta un instrument standard pentru investigarea epidemiologiei infectiei. Testul este util pentru screening-ul persoanelor asimptomatice din familiile pacientilor cu boli asociate infectiei H.pylori.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, testele serologice pot fi utile in stabilirea cauzei unei gastrite cronice de tip B sau a unui ulcer gastric\/duodenal<sup>2;5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pregatire pacient<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 testele nu necesita o pregatire prealabila<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Specimen recoltat <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 sange venos<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recipient de recoltare <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 vacutainer fara anticoagulant cu\/fara gel separator<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prelucrare necesara dupa recoltare <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 se separa serul prin centrifugare<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Volum proba <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 minim 0.5 mL ser<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cauze de respingere a probei<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 specimen hemolizat<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Stabilitate proba <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 serul separat este stabil <em>cateva ore<\/em> la temperatura camerei 18-30\u00baC; <em>7 zile<\/em> la 2-8\u00baC\u00a0; perioada mai indelungata la \u201320\u00baC. Centrifugati specimenele decongelate si utilizati supernatantul. Evitati congelare\/decongelare repetata<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Metoda <\/em><\/strong>- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">imunoenzimatica cu detectie prin chemiluminiscenta<\/span><sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Valori de referinta <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 Anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG: &lt;0.9 U\/mL<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Limite si interferente<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Testarea anti Helicobacter pylori nu este utila decat in corelatie cu simptomele clinice si cu celelalte explorari de laborator efectuate la pacientul examinat<sup>4<\/sup>.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un rezultat pozitiv indica fie o infectie curenta, fie o infectie in antecedente; din acest motiv testul serologic nu prezinta acuratete diagnostica la persoanele care au avut deja infectie. De asemenea testul nu poate fi folosit pentru controlul eficientei tratamentului, deoarece anticorpii pot persista pana la 3 ani, dupa o infectie<sup>2<\/sup>.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pacientii cu infectie acuta in stadiu precoce pot sa nu prezinte nivele detectabile de anticorpi Ig G.<sup>4<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Nu exista nici o corelatie intre titrul anticorpilor IgG si severitatea gastritei induse de Helicobacter pylori<sup>2<\/sup>.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pacientii imunodeprimati rezultatele trebuie interpretate cu prudenta.<\/p>\n<p>Anticorpii heterofili prezenti in serul pacientilor pot interactiona cu imunoglobulinele incluse\u00a0 \u00a0in componentele kit-ului si da rezultate neconcludente<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u0411\u0438\u0431\u043b\u0438\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0444\u0438\u044f<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1.
