Cu toate acestea, au importanta diagnostica in special cele provenite de la nivelul prostatei, unde activitatea fosfatazei acide este de 100 ori mai mare decat in celelalte tesuturi. Fosfataza acida este de asemenea prezenta in concentratii crescute in lichidul seminal.<\/p>\n<p>Niveluri crescute de fosfataza acida sunt intalnite in tumorile de prostata cu metastaze (in special osoase). Pe masura ce tumora se extinde dincolo de capsula prostatica, celulele glandulare incep sa secrete fosfataza acida care se descarca in sange<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Niveluri moderat crescute de fosfataza acida mai pot aparea in metastazele osoase (de origine non-prostatica), leucemia granulocitara, boala Paget avansata, hiperparatiroidism, boala Gaucher si boala Nieman-Pick<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recomandari privind determinarea fosfatazelor acide<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 diagnosticul si monitorizarea cancerului de prostata metastatic; evaluarea unei posibile histiocitoze<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pregatire pacient <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 \u00e0 jeun (pe nemancate); deoarece exista variatii diurne se recomanda ca recoltarea sa se efectueze dimineata<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Specimen recoltat <\/em><\/strong>- <em>s<\/em>ange venos<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recipient de recoltare <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 vacutainer fara anticoagulant cu\/fara gel separator<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prelucrare necesara dupa recoltare <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 se separa serul prin centrifugare imediat dupa recoltare. In cazul in care proba necesita transport acesta trebuie sa se efectueze pe gheata. Daca proba nu se lucreaza imediat se adauga un stabilizator dupa cum urmeaza: la 1 mL ser se adauga 1 picatura de acid acetic<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Volum proba<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 minim 0.5 mL ser<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cauze\u00a0 de respingere a probei <\/em><\/strong><em>\u2013 s<\/em>pecimen intens hemolizat, lipemic sau contaminat bacterian<sup>3;4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Stabilitate proba <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 serul separat este stabil <em>8 zile<\/em> la temperatura camerei; <em>8 zile <\/em>la 4-8\u00b0C; <em>4 luni<\/em> la -20\u00b0C<sup>3<\/sup>.
