(\u0441\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043c\u043e\u043d\u0435\u043b\u043b\u0430, \u0448\u0438\u0433\u0435\u043b\u043b\u0430, \u0415\u0420\u0415\u0421)(\u0410\u043d\u0442\u0438\u0431\u0438\u043e\u0442\u0438\u043a\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u043c\u043c\u0430 \u043f\u043e \u043d\u0435\u043e\u0431\u0445\u043e\u0434\u0438\u043c\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0438)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Informa\u0163<\/strong><strong>ii generale<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sindromul diareic este, ca frecven\u0163\u0103, al treilea sindrom \u00eent\u00e2lnit \u00een practica medical\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>De\u015fi majoritatea pacien\u0163ilor prezint\u0103 o infec\u0163ie autolimitant\u0103, exist\u0103 \u015fi forme severe, caracterizate prin scaune frecvente (3-40\/zi), de consisten\u0163\u0103 redus\u0103 (uneori apoas\u0103), cu pierderi lichidiene mari, ce pot duce la dezechilibru hidroelectrolitic \u00eenso\u0163it de tulbur\u0103ri hemodinamice grave (colaps cardiovascular) cauzatoare de deces.<\/p>\n<p>Prelevarea trebuie facut\u0103 c\u00e2t mai aproape de debutul bolii \u015fi \u00eenaintea instituirii oric\u0103rui tratament antimicrobian.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 Prelevarea din scaun emis spontan \u2013 este de preferat \u015fi se indic\u0103 \u00een toate formele de diaree acut\u0103 c\u00e2nd emisia de materii fecale este frecvent\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 Pentru examin\u0103ri bacteriene \u015fi parazitare, prelevarea se face cu \u201clinguri\u0163a\u201d coprorecoltorului, viz\u00e2nd por\u0163iunile lichide \u015fi, mai ales, cele mucoase \u015fi\/sau sangvinolente, dac\u0103 exist\u0103. Volumul recoltei trebuie s\u0103 fie de minim 5 ml sau 3-5 cm<sup>3<\/sup>, dac\u0103 scaunul este format<sup>3<\/sup> .<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 Pentru izol\u0103ri sau examene virusologice se prelev\u0103 5-10 cm<strong><sup>3<\/sup><\/strong> materii fecale sau minim 5 ml, dac\u0103 scaunul nu este format<sup>3<\/sup> .<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Transportul<\/em><\/strong> probelor \u015fi prelucrarea lor se face \u00een maxim 1 h, dac\u0103 au fost recoltate \u00een recipiente f\u0103r\u0103 mediu de transport (cu transport la temperatura camerei), sau pot fi p\u0103strate p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a024 h la temperatura camerei, dac\u0103 s-au recoltat \u00een recipiente ce con\u0163in mediu de transport Cary-Blair, ce asigur\u0103 o bun\u0103 viabilitate a patogenilor intestinali bacterieni.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru etiologia viral\u0103, probele care nu se prelucreaz\u0103 imediat trebuie p\u0103strate la \u2013 70\u00b0C<sup>3<\/sup> .<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Comunicarea \u015fi interpretarea rezultatelor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In cazul solicit\u0103rii serviciului de Coprocultur\u0103 \u00een cadrul laboratorului se analizeaz\u0103 principalele bacterii implicate \u00een boala diareic\u0103: Shigella spp., Salmonella spp. \u015fi la copiii cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 0-3 ani \u015fi patotipul diareigenic de Escherichia coli enteropatogen \u2013 EPEC<sup>5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Solicitarea de Escherichia coli pentru copiii mai mari de 3 ani \u015fi adul\u0163i, EHEC (Escherichia coli enterohemoragic) \u015fi EIEC (Escherichia coli enteroinvaziv) se vor efectua doar cu bilet de trimitere de la medic \u00een care se noteaz\u0103 suspiciunea clinic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>In situa\u0163iile \u00een care se dore\u015fte examinarea materiilor fecale pentru specii de Staphylococcus aureus si Candida spp, serviciul solicitat trebuie s\u0103 fie<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"\u200c\" href=\"https:\/\/www.synevo.md\/shop\/cultura-alte-produse-biologice-cu-antibiograma-dupa-caz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer ugc\">Cultura alte produse biologice(cu antibiograma\/fungigrama dup\u0103 caz)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u0411\u0438\u0431\u043b\u0438\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0444\u0438\u044f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1.
