\u2022 Monitorizarea factorilor de risc crescut pentru boala coronariana;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Screening-ul dislipidemiilor primare si secundare;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitorizarea tratamentului dislipidemiilor2;4;6;7<\/sup>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pregatire pacient<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 pacientul sa respecte o dieta neschimbata timp de 3 saptamani inainte de recoltare;<\/p>\n

\u2022 sa aiba o greutate corporala stabila;<\/p>\n

\u2022 sa nu manance 12-14 ore inainte de recoltare (poate sa bea apa si cafea neagra fara zahar);<\/p>\n

\u2022 dupa 20 minute de decubit, valoarea colesterolemiei este cu 10-15% mai mica decat in ortostatism, iar dupa 20 minute de pozitie sezanda, valoarea colesterolemiei este cu 6% mai mica decat in ortostatism;<\/p>\n

\u2022 presiunea garoului prelungita peste 2 minute, creste valoarea colesterolemiei cu 2-5%;<\/p>\n

\u2022 se recomanda abstinenta de la alcool timp de 72 de ore inainte de recoltare2;4;5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
