Cel mai frecvent agent etiologic al faringitei bacteriene este streptococul beta-hemolitic grup A; microorganismul se transmite prin contact direct intre persoane, prin intermediul picaturilor Pfl\u03cbge sau al secretiilor nazale, de aceea riscul de imbolnavire este mai mare in colectivitati si familie. Perioada de incubatie a bolii variaza intre doua pana la cinci zile<sup>1;2;5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Testul de depistare rapida a antigenului Streptococului betahemolitic grup A este utilizat frecvent in practica clinica, in special in pediatrie, pentru identificarea germenului in faringite acute si inceperea prompta a tratamentului antibiotic, inainte de a astepta rezultatele culturii care devin disponibile in 24-48 ore. Sensibilitatea testului variaza intre 80-95% iar specificitatea acestuia este de 98%. Obtinerea unui rezultat pozitiv permite initierea prompta a\u00a0 terapiei; un rezultat negativ impune insa, in prezenta simptomelor clinice, efectuarea culturii<sup>1;2;4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Testul mai poate fi folosit si la pacientii asimptomatici pentru depistarea starii de purtator; in acestii situatii s-a demonstrat ca aceasta investigatie are o valoare predictiva negativa foarte buna in comparatie cu cea a rezultatelor furnizate de cultura. Acest lucru se datoreaza faptului ca in cazul unei colonizari bacteriene a faringelui incarcatura bacteriana este mica, iar culturile pot fi negative datorita inhibarii germenilor de catre flora bacteriana normala<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recoltarea probei<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2013 se aseaza pacientul pe scaun cu fata spre sursa de lumina, gatul in usoara extensie si ceafa sprijinita de spatar;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2013 se deprima baza limbii cu apasatorul si, in timp ce pacientul pronunta vocala \u201ca\u201d, se sterg ferm cu tamponul amigdalele si peretele posterior al faringelui, insistand asupra zonelor inflamate, ulcerate sau cu depozite purulente; daca exista false membrane, acestea se desprind usor, tamponandu-se mucoasa subiacenta; atat la introducerea cat si la scoaterea tamponului, se evita atingerea bazei limbii si a palatului moale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2013 se introduce tamponul in tubul protector simplu <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fara<\/span> mediu de transport, care se eticheteaza corespunzator<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Metoda<\/em><\/strong> - <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">imunocromatografica<sup>3<\/sup><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Valori de referinta <\/em><\/strong>\u2013 Antigen streptococ betahemolitic grup A negativ<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u0411\u0438\u0431\u043b\u0438\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0444\u0438\u044f<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1.
