Anticorpii anti-La se asociaz\u0103 cu acelea\u015fi entita\u0163i clinice ca \u015fi anticorpii anti-Ro, dar cu o sensibilitate clinic\u0103 mai redus\u0103:<\/div>\n

  • 40-94% pentru sindromul Sj\u00f6gren primar<\/li>\n

    Pe de alt\u0103 parte, specificitatea clinic\u0103 pentru aceste afec\u0163iuni este mai mare. Anti-La nu sunt prezen\u0163i de obicei \u00een poliartrita reumatoid\u0103, chiar \u00een cazul \u00een care se depisteaz\u0103 anti-Ro. Pacien\u0163ii cu boal\u0103 lupic\u0103 care prezint\u0103 ambele tipuri de anticorpi au o rat\u0103 mai redus\u0103 de afect\u0103ri renale, \u00een compara\u0163ie cu cei Ro pozitivi\/La negativi. Acest pattern de anticorpi se \u00eent\u00e2lne\u015fte mai frecvent la pacien\u0163ii cu debut tardiv de boal\u0103 lupic\u01033<\/sup>.<\/div>\n
