Alfa1-antitripsina este o protein\u0103 sintetizat\u0103 \u00een ficat, care inhib\u0103 proteaza eliberat\u0103 de celule \u00een lichidele biologice ale organismului ca urmare a apoptozei.<\/div>\n
\u00cen ser se g\u0103sesc cel pu\u0163in 3 tipuri de antiproteaze, dintre care cele mai bine cunoscute sunt alfa1-antitripsina \u015fi alfa 2-macroglobulina.<\/div>\n
Deficitul de alfa1-antitripsin\u0103 se asociaz\u0103 cu emfizem pulmonar \u015fi ciroz\u0103 hepatic\u0103, debutate la v\u00e2rste tinere. Severitatea afec\u0163iunilor este \u00een func\u0163ie de statusul homo\/heterozigot.<\/div>\n
Alfa1-antitripsina constituie un \u201creactant de faz\u0103 acut\u0103\u201d, \u00eenregistr\u00e2ndu-se niveluri crescute\u00a0\u00een infec\u0163ii bacteriene, poliartrita reumatoid\u0103, vasculite, neoplazii4<\/sup>.<\/div>\n

  • emfizem pulmonar cu debut precoce;<\/li>\n
  • ciroz\u0103 hepatic\u0103 la copii;<\/li>\n
  • diagnosticul st\u0103rilor inflamatorii;<\/li>\n
  • nivel sc\u0103zut de alfa1-globuline sau prezen\u0163a a 2 benzi in regiunea alfa1 la electroforeza proteinelor serice1;2;4<\/sup>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
