La om, se disting dou\u0103 haplotipuri diferite ale genelor KIR \u2013 a \u0219i B. haplotipul KIR a con\u021bine \u00een principal receptori Kir inhibitori, iar haplotipul B se caracterizeaz\u0103 printr-un num\u0103r mare de receptori Kir activatori.
