Aceast\u0103 cantitate de informa\u021bii genetice reprezint\u0103 aproximativ 1,5-2% din \u00eentregul genom. Restul ADN\u2013ului const\u0103 din regiuni ADN care nu codific\u0103 proteinele: introni genici, precum \u0219i regiuni care sunt implicate \u00een reglarea expresiei genelor (procesul de conversie a informa\u021biilor ereditare \u00een produsul func\u021bional final &#8211; ARN\/protein\u0103) \u0219i controleaz\u0103 implementarea informa\u021biilor genetice \u00een ansamblu. Secven\u021bierea exomului, adic\u0103 &#8220;citirea \u00eentregii secven\u021be de codificare a ADN-ului&#8221;, este cea mai potrivit\u0103 analiz\u0103 pentru o varietate de situa\u021bii clinice, deoarece mai mult de 85% din variantele ADN patogene cunoscute (a\u0219a-numitele &#8220;muta\u021bii&#8221;) care provoac\u0103 boli ereditare se g\u0103sesc \u00een exoni.<\/p>\n<p>Secuen\u021barea exomului este util\u0103 \u00een special atunci c\u00e2nd imaginea clinic\u0103 a pacientului este caracteristic\u0103 unui num\u0103r de boli eterogene clinic, a c\u0103ror cauz\u0103 poate fi g\u0103sit\u0103 \u00eentr-una dintr-un num\u0103r mare de gene. \u00cen plus, secven\u021bierea exomului trebuie luat\u0103 \u00een considerare atunci c\u00e2nd o afec\u021biune patologic\u0103 demonstreaz\u0103 o ereditate ridicat\u0103 \u00een familie sau exist\u0103 alte motive pentru a suspecta etiologia sa genetic\u0103, dar num\u0103rul de gene poten\u021biale candidate este mare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cen ce scop se efectueaz\u0103 secven\u021bierea complet\u0103 a exomului &#8211; <\/strong>Studiul se efectueaz\u0103 dac\u0103 se suspecteaz\u0103 o boal\u0103 ereditar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cen ce cazuri se efectueaz\u0103 secven\u021bierea complet\u0103 a exomului-c\u0103utarea unei boli probabil ereditare cu interpretare: <\/strong>Un studiu exom poate fi efectuat dac\u0103 sunt suspectate boli ereditare din urm\u0103toarele grupuri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>boli cardiologice (cardiomiopatii, aritmii primare, hipercolesterolemie familial\u0103, defecte cardiace congenitale etc.);<\/li>\n<li>boli oftalmologice (anomalii ale sistemului vizual, distrofie retinian\u0103 \u0219i corneean\u0103, daltonism, strabism etc.);<\/li>\n<li>boli neuromusculare \u0219i neurodegenerative;<\/li>\n<li>Boala Alzheimer;<\/li>\n<li>Boala Parkinson;<\/li>\n<li>epilepsie;<\/li>\n<li>scleroza lateral\u0103 amiotrofic\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>boli demielinizante;<\/li>\n<li>imunodeficien\u021b\u0103 primar\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>sindroame oncologice;<\/li>\n<li>facomatoz\u0103 (neurofibromatoz\u0103, scleroz\u0103 tuberoas\u0103 etc.);<\/li>\n<li>tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autismului;<\/li>\n<li>retard mental \u0219i\/sau fizic idiopatic;<\/li>\n<li>forme nediferen\u021biate de displazie a \u021besutului conjunctiv;<\/li>\n<li>boli metabolice ereditare;<\/li>\n<li>pierderea auzului \u0219i surditatea etiologiei neclare;<\/li>\n<li>hipertensiune pulmonar\u0103 primar\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>bolile renale (boala polichistic\u0103 a rinichilor, sindromul Alport, sindromul Bartter etc.) etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reguli de preg\u0103tire pentru studiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ziua livr\u0103rii
