Anticorpii anti-titin\u0103 sunt anticorpi care sunt asocia\u021bi cu miastenia gravis cu o v\u00e2rst\u0103 mai mare de debut (aproximativ 60 de ani)<sup>2,3<\/sup>. Anticorpii anti-titin\u0103 sunt detecta\u021bi la pacien\u021bii cu timom asociat miasteniei gravis.<\/p>\n<p>Miastenia gravis este o boal\u0103 autoimun\u0103 a jonc\u021biunii neuromusculare caracterizat\u0103 prin fatigabilitate \u0219i sl\u0103biciune a mu\u0219chilor stria\u021bi<sup>4<\/sup>. \u00cen plus fa\u021b\u0103 de miasteniei gravis, un studiu a raportat prezen\u021ba anticorpilor anti-titin\u0103 la pacien\u021bii cu retinopatie asociat\u0103 melanomului, un sindrom paraneoplazic rar<sup>4,5<\/sup>.
