Manifest\u0103rile clinice sunt complexe \u0219i pot provoca leziuni ale pielii, articula\u021biilor, rinichilor \u0219i sistemului nervos central<sup>1,2<\/sup>. Anticorpii Anti-P sunt direc\u021biona\u021bi c\u0103tre 3 fosfoproteine \u200b\u200b(P0, P1 \u0219i P2), care sunt situate pe subunitatea 60S a ribozomilor eucario\u021bi<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Prevalen\u021ba anticorpului anti-protein\u0103 P ribozomal\u0103 este de aproximativ 15\u201340% la pacien\u021bii cu lupus eritematos \u0219i variaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de etnie, activitatea bolii \u0219i metoda de detectare<sup>3<\/sup>. Este puternic asociat cu eritem facial, artrit\u0103, limfopenie, simptome neuropsihiatrice, nefrit\u0103 lupic\u0103, afectare hepatic\u0103 \u0219i lupus eritematos juvenil. Anticorpii indreptati \u00eempotriva proteinelor P ribozomale sunt considera\u021bi foarte specifici pentru LE \u0219i au fost raporta\u021bi la pacien\u021bii cu afectare a sistemului nervos central (SNC) \u0219i a\u0219a-numita \u201epsihoz\u0103 lupic\u0103\u201d. Deoarece pacien\u021bii pot manifesta semne \u0219i simptome ale bolilor sistemului nervos central, inclusiv simptome neuropsihice, prezen\u021ba anticorpilor \u00eempotriva proteinei P ribozomale poate fi util\u0103 \u00een diagnosticul diferen\u021bial al acestor pacien\u021bi<sup>4,5<\/sup>. Alte cauze ale simptomelor sistemului nervos central la pacien\u021bii cu lupus eritematos includ tromboza cu sau f\u0103r\u0103 anticorpi \u00eendrepta\u021bi \u00eempotriva antigenelor fosfolipidice \u0219i efectele iatrogene din tratamentul cu medicamente corticosteroide.
