Sindromul Alport este o tulburare genetic\u0103 caracterizat\u0103 prin boal\u0103 renal\u0103 \u00een stadiu terminal, pierderea auzului \u0219i glomerulonefrit\u0103, un tip de boal\u0103 renal\u0103 \u00een care glomerulii sau vasele mici de s\u00e2nge din rinichi se inflameaz\u0103. Sindromul Alport este o boal\u0103 ereditar\u0103 \u0219i este cauzat\u0103 de muta\u021bii ale genelor COL4A3, COL4A4 \u0219i COL4A5.
