Infertilitatea \/ Subfertilitatea este definit\u0103 ca fiind imposibilitatea unui cuplu de a avea un copil dup\u0103 cel pu\u021bin 1 an de rela\u021bii sexuale neprotejate regulate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Infertilitatea de cauz\u0103 masculin\u0103 este determinat\u0103 de anomalii ale procesului de spermatogenez\u0103 sau anomalii de transport al spermei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aproximativ 2\/3 dintre b\u0103rba\u021bii infertili au modific\u0103ri ale procesului de spermatogenez\u0103 la nivel testicular, anomaliile de transport ap\u0103r\u00e2nd la 1 din 5 b\u0103rba\u021bi infertili.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alte cauze posibile ale infertilit\u0103\u021bii masculine: obstruc\u021biile la nivelul ductelor deferente, insuficien\u021ba hormonal\u0103 (1\/100) sau anticorpii antispermatici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Infertilitatea masculin\u0103 poate avea, de asemenea, cauze genetice:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Factorii genetici explic\u0103 aproximativ 30% dintre cazurile de infertilitate masculin\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Frecven\u021ba anomaliilor cromozomiale la pacien\u021bii infertili este de 10-15 ori mai mare dec\u00e2t \u00een popula\u021bia general\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Exist\u0103 o corela\u021bie direct\u0103 \u00eentre num\u0103rul spermatozoizilor unui pacient \u0219i rata anomaliilor cromozomiale astfel:\n<ul>\n<li>1,7%- 3,5% la b\u0103rba\u021bii cu un nr. &lt; 20 mil. spermatozoizi \/ml<\/li>\n<li>6,5% la un nr.~ 10 mil\/ml<\/li>\n<li>8% la un nr. &lt;1 mil\/ml.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exist\u0103 pacien\u021bi cu subfertilitate care au un num\u0103r normal de spermatozoizi, dar care prezint\u0103 o inciden\u021b\u0103 crescut\u0103 a anomaliilor cromozomiale. Din acest motiv, indica\u021bia de analiz\u0103 cromozomial\u0103 nu este limitat\u0103 de un anumit num\u0103r de spermatozoizi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Profilul genetic de infertilitate masculin\u0103 cuprinde:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Cariotipul constitu\u021bional din s\u00e2nge periferic.<\/strong> Ofer\u0103 o imagine asupra \u00eentregului set cromozomial, detect\u00e2nd posibile anomalii cromozomiale numerice sau structurale. Se recomand\u0103 ca rezolu\u021bia cariotipului constitu\u021bional din s\u00e2nge periferic s\u0103 fie de minim 550 de benzi \u0219i s\u0103 fie specificat\u0103 \u00een raportul citogenetic. <em>(<a href=\"\/ru\/analiza-cromozomiala-in-sange-cariotip-constitutional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Clik aici pentru detalii<\/a>) <\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Detec\u021bia microdele\u021biilor pe bra\u021bul lung al cromozomului Y (AZFa, AZFb, AZFc). <\/strong>Detecteaz\u0103 posibile microdele\u021bii ale\u00a0cromozomului Y \u00een regiunea genelor pentru spermatogenez\u0103. microdele\u021biilor pe bra\u021bul scurt al cromozomului Y (SRY). <\/strong>Modific\u0103ri la nivelul genei SRY se asociaz\u0103 cu diferite disgenezii gonadale<strong>. <\/strong>(<em><a pentru identificarea muta\u021biilor \u00een gena CFTR \u2013 38 de muta\u021bii<\/strong> <strong>(inclusiv depistarea alelelor 5T). <\/strong>Muta\u021biile \u00een gena CFTR pot fi responsabile de absen\u021ba congenital\u0103 uni \/ bilateral\u0103 a ductelor deferente care este considerat\u0103 o form\u0103 medie de fibroz\u0103 chistic\u0103.<em> (<a
