Se recomand\u0103 ca rezolu\u021bia cariotipului constitu\u021bional din s\u00e2nge periferic s\u0103 fie de minim 550 de benzi \u0219i s\u0103 fie specificat\u0103 \u00een raportul citogenetic. <em>(<a href=\"\/ru\/analiza-cromozomiala-in-sange-cariotip-constitutional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click aici pentru detalii<\/a>) <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>FRAXA \u2013 Identificare premuta\u021bii \u00een gena FMR1.<\/strong> Aproximativ 15-20% dintre femeile purt\u0103toare de alele cu premuta\u021bie dezvolt\u0103 insuficien\u021b\u0103 ovarian\u0103 prematur\u0103 (POF), iar 6,5% dintre femeile cu POF au o premuta\u021bie \u00een gena FMR1, astfel c\u0103 femeile cu premuta\u021bii au risc crescut de a da na\u0219tere unor copii cu Sindromul X Fragil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Se recomand\u0103 un consult <\/strong><strong>genetic \u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 efectuarea testului genetic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0Specimen recoltat<\/strong> &#8211;
