Sindromul Kostmann este o boal\u0103 genetic\u0103 caracterizat\u0103 printr-o sc\u0103dere a nivelurilor de neutrofile sub 1000\/crol. \u00centreruperea dezvolt\u0103rii granulocitelor neutrofile are loc la nivelul promielocitelor. Ca urmare, celulele sunt aproape complet absente \u00een s\u00e2ngele periferic, ceea ce duce la imunodeficien\u021b\u0103 sever\u0103, boli pustulare ale pielii, \u021besutului subcutanat \u0219i membranelor mucoase. Boala este mo\u0219tenit\u0103 \u00eentr-un tip autosomal recesiv.<\/p>\n
