Informa<\/em><\/strong>\u0163<\/em><\/strong>ii generale \u0219i recomand\u0103ri pentru determinarea anticorpilor anti-LC1<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Anti-LC1<\/strong> (engl. anti-liver cytosol type 1 antibodies) apar \u00een hepatita autoimun\u0103 de tip 2, fiind detecta\u0163i la 30-70% din serurile anti-LKM1\u00a0 pozitive. \u00cen aproximativ 10% din cazuri, anti-LC1 constituie singurul autoanticorp detectat, contribuind astfel la clasificarea hepatitei autoimune seronegative. Anti-LC1 este un anticorp cu specificitate de organ ce confer\u0103 o fluorescen\u021b\u0103 citoplasmatic\u0103 omogen\u0103 a hepatocitelor periportale, cu respectarea celulelor din jurul venelor centrolobulare; pe sec\u021biunile de rinichi nu se ob\u021bine fluorescen\u021b\u0103 pentru tubii renali proximali. Prezen\u021ba concomitent\u0103 a anti-LKM1 poate obscura detectarea anti-LC1 prin imunofluorescen\u021b\u0103 indirect\u0103 fiind necesar s\u0103 se recurg\u0103 la metode ELISA sau imunoblot.<\/p>\n

Anti-LC1 recunosc ca antigen \u0163int\u0103\u00a0 formiminotransferaza-ciclodeaminaza, o enzim\u0103 implicat\u0103 \u00een metabolismul fola\u021bilor ce este \u00eenalt exprimat\u0103 \u00een \u021besutul hepatic; titrurile se coreleaz\u0103 cu activitatea bolii.<\/p>\n

Anti-LC1 au fost raporta\u021bi \u0219i la 12-33% din pacien\u021bii cu hepatit\u0103 cronic\u0103 C \u0219i anti-LKM1 pozitivi1;2;3;4;5;6<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
