Informa\u0163<\/em><\/strong>ii generale<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Glicoproteina asociat\u0103 mielinei (MAG) este o molecul\u0103 transmembranar\u0103, exprimat\u0103 selectiv de celulele formatoare de mielin\u0103. Con\u0163ine cinci domenii imunglobulinice situate extracelular, un domeniu transmembranar \u015fi un domeniu intracelular. MAG poate interac\u0163iona cu receptorii care mediaz\u0103 diferite efecte asupra citoscheletului neuronal (inclusiv fosforilarea neurofilamentar\u0103). Se pare c\u0103 aceast\u0103 glicoprotein\u0103 are un rol activ at\u00e2t \u00een formarea mielinei c\u00e2t \u015fi \u00een men\u0163inerea structurii acesteia2,4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

S-a demonstrat c\u0103 anticorpii anti-MAG\u00a0pot produce fenomenele de demielinizare care apar \u00een diferite neuropatii \u015fi polineuropatii cronice, de obicei senzitivo-motorii. Polineuropatia este o afec\u0163iune care implic\u0103 fibrele nervoase periferice, de obicei bilateral. Manifest\u0103rile senzitive domin\u0103 stadiile precoce ale polineuropatiilor, iar simptomele motorii apar mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een cursul evolu\u0163iei afec\u0163iunii2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Anticorpii anti-MAG sunt de obicei asocia\u0163i cu prezen\u0163a gamapatiilor monoclonale IgM (\u00een propor\u0163ie de 50%)2,4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Recomand\u0103ri pentru determinarea Anticorpilor anti-MAG <\/em><\/strong>- <\/em>neuropatii periferice, mai ales cele cu progresie lent\u01032,4<\/sup>.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Preg\u0103tire pacient\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u2013 nu necesit\u0103 o preg\u0103tire special\u01031<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Detec\u0163ia anticorpilor anti-MAG se asociaz\u0103 cu neuropatii senzitivo-motorii. Nivele crescute de anticorpi se observ\u0103 \u00een neuropatii senzitivo-motorii demielinizante, iar nivele moderate se \u00eent\u00e2lnesc \u00een scleroza multipl\u0103 \u015fi neuropatii inflamatorii 2,3;4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
