De\u015fi cauzele sclerozei multiple sunt neclare, exist\u0103 multe indicii asupra etiologiei autoimune (datorit\u0103 unor anticorpi \u00eendrepta\u0163i \u00eempotriva unor antigene mielinice, inclusiv glicoproteina oligodendrocitar\u0103 a mielinei \u2013 MOG). In leziunile din scleroza multipl\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2lnesc infiltrate inflamatorii formate din macrofage, celule microgliale, limfocite T \u015fi limfocite B. De asemenea determinarea lor este util\u0103 \u00een aprecierea eficien\u0163ei tratamentului<sup>1<\/sup>.
