{"id":10052,"date":"2020-04-23T03:55:05","date_gmt":"2020-04-23T00:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.synevo.ro\/product\/interleukina-8\/"},"modified":"2025-02-05T15:25:07","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T13:25:07","slug":"interleukina-8","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/old.synevo.md\/ru\/shop\/interleukina-8\/","title":{"rendered":"Interleukina 8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u041e\u0431\u0449\u0430\u044f \u0438\u043d\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0430\u0446\u0438\u044f<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rolul major al interleukinei 8 (IL-8) \u00een cadrul r\u0103spunsului inflamator al organismului este cel de a induce acumularea neutrofilelor \u00een regiunile lezate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Citokina chemoatractant\u0103 IL-8 apar\u0163ine familiei \u03b1 (sau CXC) de chemokine, fiind denumit\u0103, \u00een consecin\u0163\u0103, \u015fi CXCL8<sup>3;4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambii receptori specifici ai IL-8, IL-8RA \u015fi IL-8RB, sunt de tipul receptorilor cu 7 domenii transmembranare. IL-8RA are specificitate \u015fi afinitate mai mare pentru IL-8 dec\u00e2t IL-8RB, \u00een timp ce IL-8RB se pare c\u0103 poate lega \u015fi alte proteine conexe chemokinei IL-8<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chemokina IL-8 este secretat\u0103 ca peptid mic (monomer, 8 kDa, 72 aminoacizi) de c\u0103tre c\u00e2teva tipuri celulare (celule endoteliale, celule epiteliale, fibroblaste, neutrofile, monocite, macrofage, limfocite T) \u015fi este eliberat\u0103 ca r\u0103spuns la stimuli varia\u0163i, de tipul lipopolizaharidelor (LPZ) \u015fi leucotrienelor. De\u015fi IL-8 poate exista \u015fi sub form\u0103 de homodimer (leg\u0103tura necovalent\u0103), ac\u0163iunea chemoatractant\u0103 maximal\u0103 o are \u00een forma sa monomeric\u0103<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chemokina IL-8 a fost descoperit\u0103 ini\u0163ial ca fiind factor de activare a neutrofilelor, ulterior eviden\u0163iindu-se rolul s\u0103u \u00een recrutarea \u015fi acumularea neutrofilelor la nivelul zonelor inflamate. Ac\u0163iunile chemotactice se adreseaz\u0103 secundar \u015fi altor celule, precum bazofilele \u015fi un subset de limfocite T (CD4\/CD8)<sup>3;4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expresia IL-8 este crescut\u0103 la nivelul celulelor endoteliale din vecin\u0103tatea situsului inflamator. Fiind o protein\u0103 solubil\u0103, IL-8 formeaz\u0103 un gradient chemotactic \u00een interiorul \u0163esuturilor, ghid\u00e2nd leucocitele activate extravazate c\u0103tre zonele inflamate. Traversarea endoteliului de c\u0103tre leucocitele activate este facilitat\u0103 de IL-8 care altereaz\u0103 expresia integrinelor<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De\u015fi IL-8 are rolul principal de chemoatractant, nivelele crescute sanguine de IL-8 se asociaz\u0103 cu o acumulare sc\u0103zut\u0103 de neutrofile \u00een zonele inflamate \u015fi cu neutrofilie sistemic\u0103. Chemokinele pot promova progresia bolilor, studiile relev\u00e2nd rolul IL-8 \u00een variate circumstan\u0163e inflamatorii, de la artrita cronic\u0103 la sepsis<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cazul sepsisului, IL-8 are rolul central \u00een acumularea neutrofilelor \u00een diverse organe \u015fi \u00een progresia c\u0103tre stadiile finale ale bolii.
