Fibroza se caracterizeaz\u0103 prin acumularea de colagen \u00een exces, dup\u0103 consumul cronic de etanol. Acetaldehida stimuleaz\u0103 produc\u021bia de colagen \u00een celulele stelate hepatice, producand fibroza post-ingestie cronic\u0103 de etanol<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Anticorpii anti membran\u0103 celular\u0103 hepatic\u0103 (LMA) au fost detecta\u021bi pentru prima dat\u0103 la pacien\u021bii cu hepatit\u0103 cronic\u0103 activ\u0103,\u00a0 HBsAg negativ\u0103<sup>2<\/sup>. Studiile ulterioare au confirmat c\u0103 LMA (26 kD)<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0se g\u0103sesc \u00een primul r\u00e2nd \u00een acest grup de boli, dar au fost evidentiati sporadic \u0219i \u00een hepatitele acute, ciroza alcoolic\u0103 \u0219i sindromul Sjogren.<\/p>\n<p>Reac\u021biile imunologice \u00eendreptate \u00eempotriva antigenelor membranei hepatice sunt implicate \u00een procesul de lezare hepatic\u0103, \u00een cadrul evolu\u021biei bolii hepatice cronice autoimune<sup>4<\/sup>.\u00a0Lipoproteinele\u00a0specifice ficatului (LSP) au fost descrise ca fiind unul dintre antigenele \u021bint\u0103 ale membranei celulare hepatice. S-a constatat c\u0103 mai mul\u021bi autoanticorpi antimembrana hepatic\u0103 reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu antigene membranare hepatocelulare (LM-Ag).<\/p>\n<p>Ace\u0219ti autoanticorpi ai membranei hepatice sunt specifice bolii de tip autoimun. Detectarea autoanticorpilor membranei hepatice este important\u0103 din punct de vedere clinic, deoarece acest subgrup de boli cronice hepatice r\u0103spunde bine la terapia cu \u00a0imunosupresoare. LMA poate fi considerat un biomarker al boli cronice hepatice numai atunci c\u00e2nd este prezent \u00een titruri ridicate \u0219i demonstreaz\u0103 o lips\u0103 de reactivitate \u00eencruci\u0219at\u0103 cu alte antigene hepatice<sup>5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>LMA din clasa IgG \u0219i IgM a fost demonstrat\u0103 la pacien\u021bii cu hepatit\u0103 acut\u0103, \u00een faza acut\u0103 a acestei boli, at\u00e2t IgM (24%), c\u00e2t \u0219i IgG (21%)<sup>1<\/sup>. LMA a fost g\u0103sit\u0103 \u00een hepatita acut\u0103 HBsAg-negativ\u0103, \u00een timp ce \u00een hepatita acut\u0103 HBsAg pozitiv\u0103 a fost documentat\u0103 exclusiv clasa IgM (40%).
