Termenul de enteropatie autoimun\u0103 este folosit pentru a descrie un sindrom diareic prelungit asociat cu modific\u0103ri endoscopice \u015fi histopatologice ale mucoasei intestinale \u015fi cu prezen\u0163a \u00een ser a unor markeri serologici \u2013 anticorpii anti-enterocit.<\/p>\n

Boala a fost descris\u0103 ini\u0163ial la copii \u00een primul an de via\u0163\u0103. Mai t\u00e2rziu au fost raportate cazuri la copii mai mari \u015fi chiar la adul\u0163i3<\/sup>. Aparent, modific\u0103rile histopatologice sunt similare cu cele din boala celiac\u0103 (atrofie vilozitar\u0103 \u015fi hiperplazie criptic\u0103), dar aceste modific\u0103ri nu sunt influen\u0163ate de nici un fel de restric\u0163ie \u00een diet\u0103, inclusiv restric\u0163ia de gluten2<\/sup>. \u00cen serul pacien\u0163ilor sunt prezen\u0163i anticorpii anti-enterocit predominant de tip IgG. Absen\u0163a acestor anticorpi \u00een boala celiac\u0103, boala Crohn \u015fi colita ulcerativ\u0103 permite diagnosticul diferen\u0163ial cu aceste boli3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
