Informa\u0163ii generale \u015fi recomand\u0103ri<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Deficitul selectiv de imunoglobulina A este de 10-15 ori mai frecvent \u00eent\u00e2lnit la pacien\u0163ii cu boal\u0103 celiac\u0103 dec\u00e2t la subiec\u0163ii s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi. Dac\u0103 metodele serologice utilizate \u00een diagnosticul bolii celiace se limiteaz\u0103 la detec\u0163ia izotipurilor IgA ale anticorpilor, pacien\u0163ii cu deficit de IgA vor avea reac\u0163ii fals negative. Pentru a preveni rezultatele fals negative este necesar\u0103 determinarea anticorpilor de tip IgG3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Anticorpii anti-endomisium IgG prezint\u0103 titruri semnificativ crescute la pacien\u0163ii cu boal\u0103 celiac\u0103 care asociaz\u0103 deficit selectiv de IgA\u00b2. Pot fi utiliza\u0163i at\u00e2t pentru diagnostic c\u00e2t \u015fi pentru monitorizarea complian\u0163ei la dieta f\u0103r\u0103 gluten3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
