Timpul dintre expunerea ini\u021bial\u0103 la virus \u0219i debutul simptomelor (perioada de incuba\u021bie) este de\u00a0<strong>2-14 zile<\/strong>\u00a0\u00een 95% din cazuri.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Diagnosticul de laborator al infec\u021biei cu COVID-19 poate urma dou\u0103 c\u0103i:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 eviden\u021bierea virusului prin tehnici de amplificare a materialului genetic viral \u2013\u00a0<strong><a href=\"\/ru\/shop\/arn-viral-sars-cov-2\/\">teste RT-PCR<\/a>;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>-\u00a0<strong>detec\u021bia anticorpilor specifici<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 care reprezint\u0103 r\u0103spunsul imun al organismului la virus, anticorpii elibera\u021bi de organism \u00een lupta cu virusul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Testele serologice de detec\u0163ie a anticorpilor specifici<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aceste teste pot identifica, \u00een s\u00e2ngele pacientului,\u00a0<strong>anticorpii de tip IgM \u0219i IgG<\/strong>\u00a0produ\u0219i de organismul uman ca r\u0103spuns la infec\u021bia cu SARS-CoV-2.<\/p>\n<p>Anticorpii detecta\u021bi prin teste serologice indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 o persoan\u0103 a venit \u00een contact cu virusul,\u00a0<strong>indiferent dac\u0103 aceasta prezenta simptome specifice infec\u021biei COVID-19 sau a fost asimptomatic\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seroconversia IgM sau IgG se poate produce simultan sau secven\u021bial, iar titrurile anticorpilor ating un nivel de platou \u00een decurs de 6 zile de la momentul seroconversiei.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ce sunt anticorpii IgM \u0219i IgG<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n<p>Detec\u021bia anticorpilor specifici anti SARS-CoV-2 de tip IgM permite\u00a0<strong>eviden\u021bierea infec\u021biilor acute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Testele IgM pozitive ar trebui confirmate cu teste RT-PCR, deoarece un test IgM pozitiv poate ap\u0103rea \u0219i la persoane vindecate,\u00a0<strong>ceea ce limiteaz\u0103 foarte mult utilitatea acestei metode pentru diagnosticul infec\u021biei \u0219i reducerea transmiterii<\/strong>. Deoarece anticorpii IgM s-ar putea s\u0103 nu se dezvolte precoce sau deloc la pacien\u021bii infecta\u021bi, acest tip de test de anticorpi nu este utilizat pentru a exclude SARS-CoV-2 la un individ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anticorpii IgG<\/strong>\u00a0apar \u00een organism mai\u00a0<strong>t\u00e2rziu<\/strong>\u00a0\u0438\u00a0<strong>se men\u021bin pe o perioad\u0103 mai lung\u0103<\/strong>. Studiile efectuate p\u00e2n\u0103 acum nu demonstreaz\u0103 cu certitudine care este durata prezen\u021bei anticorpilor IgG \u00een organism (s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, luni).
